SKILLS LAB
So, we covered the basics of the most important techniques at different levels in the previous intensive course. This is part 2. Let's rediscover all the knowledge from the inside, apply it to our body, get used to it and add more! A lot is devoted to the theory of overlays. Coordination exercises will not leave you indifferent! These exercises and creative challenges will
take your dance skills to the next level!
We consolidate this course with one of the most technically rich choreography.

It's so important to go through the phase 1-2-3 one after the other.
These are intensely logically connected and are born from each other organically consistently.

We will seek movement for ourselves and find ourselves in movement. 10 hours of dance practice with me, lots of creative dance warm-ups, lots of tools and techniques to create your own dance combos.

This technical and practical class with a new author's methodology from Olga Meos will allow you to diversify your training and practice from basic to technically complex elements.
