This is a mix of theory and practice. Without being distracted every time by warm-ups, we will focus on material productively and efficiently.

❓ WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

✔️ You need to go through Phases 1 and 2. Why, I explain ...

If you have never learned from me, it will be difficult for you in the first time to catch my speed and methods of work. And many of the things that I will talk about for many dancers are completely new. And to be surprised less, I recommend to take online version of the Intensive Phase 1-2 certification program. You will need time to adapt to my teaching methods and to learn a lot of tools before we start the Solo program. Otherwise, the first time with me will be too much information for your body and mind, and it will be stressful for you, and you will have 1 million questions. In Phases 1 & 2, you will update your knowledges that we will use here as a base.

Your dance level is not so important as YOUR DESIRE! The project is good for beginner dancers and teachers as well. Everyone felt comfortable. Because RULE NUMBER ONE - FOCUSE ON YOURSELF!
