Here, you'll find high-quality service and friendly staff dedicated to providing you with the opportunity to actively relax, take care of your health, and unwind. INTENSIVE "TEXTURAL ARCHETYPES"
12 faces inside us...
This is a research-based dance program, SPECIALLY CREATED for small groups within the creative walls of the author herself (Olga Meos), based on the theory of personality archetypes and the collective unconscious.
Through movement, body textures and non-verbal gestures, we reveal the 12 archetypes that live within each of us: from the Warrior to the Sage, from the Creator to the Shadow.
Each archetype is not just a role or mood, but a special structure of movement, an emotional code and the energetic fabric of the dance.
We learn:
• recognize archetypes in yourself and in others;
• translate a psychological image into physical expression;
• consciously use archetypal states in improvisation and stage work;
• combine several archetypes into a single living structure - a pure fabric of personality on stage.
After going through all 12 archetypes, we choose our core - what truly resonates in the body, and build our personal dance style on this.
ART DAY with PHOTOSHOOT
Participants will enjoy a personal photo shoot and short videos for social media - light, lively, and memorable. We'll create beautiful images in the atmosphere of an old estate.
If you don't have a costume or jewelry, don't worry.
I'll help you choose everything you need from my collection and get you ready for the shoot.
We'll discuss posing, mood, and details in advance to ensure each photo reflects your unique personality.

I am very lucky, because making people a little happier is a real pleasure. Being a versatile creative person and as fashion designer by education, I will help you with advice on image and organization so that the photo session is relaxed and you get your most beautiful and happy photos.

The best journey is a journey to yourself, to your feelings and sensations.
In the course of everyday affairs, we often forget about this, which is why it is so important to periodically shift the focus of attention to ourselves. The spa center of our hotel provides a full range of spa treatments using state-of-the-art equipment for maximum relaxation and recovery.
In addition to the steam bath and three Finnish saunas, you can enjoy a salt bath, a wood-burning steam bath and a juniper bath.. Between visits to the baths, you can cool off in the wonderful spa pools and jacuzzis, as well as enjoy refreshing healthy cocktails in the spa bar.

We will visit both the Sauna Center all together and the LUX Spa Center (access to the Sauna Center is also preserved), where you can fully enjoy bodily relaxation! It's quieter, less noisy, and free refreshments. There is also a bar-cafe in the pool.
VIKING ADVENTURES
We'll embark on a journey through ancient Estonia - a place where time seems to slow down, and the air still carries the scent of the sea and the whisper of ancient legends. We'll explore streets where Vikings roamed, the stone walls of old castles, and cozy taverns where wine is served in clay goblets on wooden tables.
We'll visit the Marzipan Museum and learn how art was created from the sweet paste. We'll also visit the Doll Museum, where children's dreams come true.
and Stekloduev, where light is born in the hands of masters.
We'll sample medieval cuisine, feel the flavor of time, and linger a bit in ancient estates and museums, inhaling the atmosphere of ancient crafts, fireplaces, and candles.
Let's go to the Central Town Hall, where the echo of past holidays rings,
and then we'll wander through castles and towers like the heroes of old tales - Rapunzel, knights and wanderers.
This will be a journey not only through places, but also through sensations - through inspiration, through silence and through the traces of history that still lives next to us.
