I have an idea that dancing and it’s creating it is very similar to cooking. Everyone has ingredients and utensils, but everyone has their own recipes and tastes. We will focus on the first one - on the multiplicity of those ingredients and connections, and giving them quality in the form of small combinations, as well as the tools to create them.
We'll explore a couple of new textures as well as "ingredients" that you can add to your dance vocabulary and practice.
I have prepared a wonderful New Year's playlist that I will send you after the lesson!

I open the room 10 minutes before class to listen to music before class and catch dance vibes.
I highly recommend joining this time to check the audio and your video. I cannot read the messages during the lesson. So if something happens, write to me on Instagram @olga_meos in Direct before class. There are the fastest notifications.
If you suddenly see the message "wait for the organizer to start the conference", it means that something went wrong from my part (this happens rarely, but who knows) and I will definitely fix it in the near future.
WHAT YOU NEED?
1. ZOOM conferencing device and internet connection. Headphones will help you to better immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the class and hear my voice and music in good quality.
2. Comfortable floor conditions to stretch out and keep warm.
3. Convenient form for training. Avoid wearing a lot of jewelry and belts that can injure your skin, especially when you warm up.
4. Water. Drink water anytime without my official permission! I rarely drink. Control your water balance yourself.
